RETURNS

Thank you for choosing us for your fashion needs. We do hope you'll love your purchase from Accessory Republic; in the case that you choose to return your already delivered order for any reason, you will have 3 days from the date of delivery to return this item. In order to initiate the return process, you will need to contact us by phone 08065228432 or by email support@accessoryrepublic.com.ng.

 

When your returns request has been received, looked into and approved, you will get a notification email regarding this. This email will contain information about your order, reasons for return, back to sender address and mobile number. You can choose to have this shipped yourself or have us handle the pickup. If you do choose to ship yourself, please send us all details concerning delivery so someone can be on hand to receive it. Once we have received your returns, we will confirm this and process your returns immediately. Please note that all purchases bought on sale are final, and as such, cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

For wrong items {colour or size or length}, damaged products or other issues emanating from our end, we will be responsible for picking up from your preferred address. You will not need to pay any additional fees and a refund will be processed immediately. If you choose to return your order for any other reason, you will be responsible for shipping the item back to our address. In the case where we will be picking up, you, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping fee. Please ensure all items to be returned are in the exact condition as when delivered; all packaging and accompanying accessories must be intact, otherwise this could pose an issue and your returns rejected.

 

Return items that have been worn or used will be rejected on the spot. In this case, you will not be recieving a refund as any item that has been used or worn cannot be restocked for sale.
